Can you tell me more about Soy wax candles?

Sure can.  Soy wax comes from soybean oil, resulting in a vegetable wax.  After the soy beans have been harvested, cleaned, de-hulled and made into flakes, the oil then gets extracted and hydrogenated from the flakes.  During hydrogenation, oil (some of the fatty acids) is converted from unsaturated to saturated.  This process is what alters and provides a great melting point and a beautiful finish.

There are popular big box candle stores who use paraffin wax to create their candles.  The issue with this is that the paraffin wax they use not only emits black soot and doesn’t have a beautiful finish, but they contain toxic fumes (that can lead to headaches and allergies to name a few).  These paraffin waxes contain benzene (which is highly toxic) and toluene (both of these are known carcinogens).

What does your processing time look like when I place my order?

Once you place your order, there is a 1-2 business day processing time.  During peak/busy seasons, processing can take up to 4 business days.  This is how long it will take me to pull the items in your order, package them for shipping and get your order mailed out to you.

When will I receive my order?

You will first want to make sure you check the banner at the top of the page for any relevant updates.  For the most part, orders are received within 5-7 business days.  Actual delivery time will of course depend on the postal service, but we do try our best to expedite packages for shipment.  We do not have any control or take responsibility for any re-routes, delays or failed deliveries of your package(s). 

When your order is fulfilled, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow where the package may be.  Once your tracking number is created and sent to you, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking update to show.  Because we want to ensure the best experience with your package, should you have any concerns with the status of your order, please contact us at Info@EMVEEme.com.

How much does shipping cost?

Dependent on your location, the shipping amount will vary.  Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $95.00.

What if I accidentally provide the wrong address?

Should you notice after placing your order that the address is incorrect, send an email immediately to Info@EMVEEme.com with the subject line “Address Correction for order #_________”, so I can adjust the address discrepancy before shipping your order out. 


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally, but are working on offering international shipping in the future.
